G-Force Personnel Ltd are currently looking for Spa Therapist for our client based in Bicester.

 

The role:

Our client is looking for experienced, friend, polite and creative Spa Therapist to join their busy but enthusiastic Spa team.

 

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Using a range of top quality products to deliver an extensive range of treatments
  • Maintain high standard of customer service and ensure that the needs of their guests are meet, whilst ensuring sensible diary for each therapist
  • Full product and service training will be provided
  • To perform all treatments in a timely manner, ensuring clients get full time allocated to their treatments; at the same time ensure you do not run out of time.
  • Perform clean up duties each day (organising and cleaning treatment rooms) and helping out your colleagues if required
  • Perform handover at the end of your shift.
  • Own transport preferable, but not essential

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years practical experience as a therapist
  • NVQ level 2- minimum, level 3 would be an advantage
  • Need to be enthusiastic, friendly, polite and professional with excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working in a Spa/Salon
  • High standard of personal appearance
  • Hands-on pro active approach to work duties
  • Needs to be confident and good team player
  • Flexible and able to cover reception when needed
  • Training desirable, but not essential:

o   CACI and Skin Breze Trained

o   Lava Shells Trained

o   Germaine de Capuccini Trained

o   Vita Liberata Trained

o   Jessica Trained
