This branch mainly services Industrial and Driving sectors. The branch benefits from a strong client base developed over a number of years.

We are looking for an individual who will enhance the branch’s future growth and profitability. Your role will include managing the performance and motivation of two Recruitment Consultants, Contract Manager and an Office Administrator.

As the Office Manager you will demonstrate strong leadership techniques, have the ability to manage teams and have the great people skills you need to be a successful motivator.

You will be influential, and lead by example. You will have the determination and drive to develop and lead a successful sales team and achieve measurable results.

This challenging role requires a very strong senior manager who can take charge of the branch and drive it forward to even greater success. This is a key appointment and the successful applicant will be considered a vital part of the management structure within the company.
